Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping (USPS): $4.99. Free on orders of $35 or more.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are usually processed and packed within 1–2 business days (up to 5 business days during busy periods). Once shipped, delivery takes 2–4 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us.

Changing or cancelling an order

Need to fix your shipping address or cancel? Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we’ll take care of it. After 2 hours, your order goes to our fulfillment team for preparation, and we can’t change or cancel it.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or because the package went unclaimed, we can reship it once you confirm your details. Reshipping costs are your responsibility.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn’t updated or your package hasn’t arrived, contact us no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date and we’ll look into it with the carrier. See our Refund Policy for details.
